Graduation: Building Engineering and Architecture at University of Pavia

Supervisors: Prof. Francesco Graziotti and Prof.ssa Olimpia Niglio

Thesis topic: Human-induced vibration assessment and mitigation in museum environments for the preventive conservation of cultural heritage. The research investigates the dynamic response of artworks under vibrational loads and evaluates the effectiveness of monitoring, modeling and vibration control strategies. It supports the development of integrated methodologies and guidelines to enhance risk assessment, mitigation and the long-term preservation of fragile and historic objects.
