Graduation: Mechanical Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Supervisor: Prof. Alessandro Reali, Prof. Giancarlo Sangalli, Prof. Carlotta Giannelli (UniFi)

Thesis topic: Isogeometric analysis (IGA), investigating the effects of immersed/trimmed discretizations and mass lumping in the context of structural dynamics simulations. The aim is to develop a deeper understanding of these effects and their combination, with interest extending to other approaches to mass modification such as selective mass scaling.
